Congratulations! You've made it through DRILL 1. However, you have NOT mastered it. EVEN AS YOUR NEW TRAINING MATERIAL IS RELEASED, CONTINUE TO PRACTICE THIS DRILL EVERY TIME YOU WORK OUT. THESE ARE YOUR BASICS.
As you begin to master the forms for each of our drills, gradually do them faster and faster. They will become a kind of "total body sprint," and they will give you maximum total body workout benefit in a minimum amount of time. Think swimming burns calories? Try these on for size! You can practice them at any speed you feel comfortable with, but keep in mind that we will have timed competitions later! ;-) Don't forget to take videos of your form and record your times!
