Congratulations! You've made it through DRILL 1. However, you have NOT mastered it. EVEN AS YOUR NEW TRAINING MATERIAL IS RELEASED, CONTINUE TO PRACTICE THIS DRILL EVERY TIME YOU WORK OUT. THESE ARE YOUR BASICS.
As you begin to master the forms for each of our drills, start doing them faster and faster. They are like a "total body sprint," and they will give you maximum total body workout benefit in a minimum amount of time. You can practice them at any speed you feel comfortable with, but we will have timed competitions later if you are interested! Don't forget to take videos of your form and record your times!
