MORE DRILLS, MORE CHALLENGE, PRACTICAL APPLICATIONS, ENHANCED CAPABILITY
Continue your WARRIOR SPIRIT FITNESS training with "Level 2" access. You'll have immediate access to the first "Level 2" drill, then new drills will be added every week (7 days). As always, each drill is expertly designed to build your fitness while also giving you as many practice repetitions of the strikes and footwork you'll need to effectively defend yourself with an improvised weapon. If you haven't mastered the "Level 1" drills, please go back and do so before beginning this level.
Each section includes a QUESTIONS AND COMMENTS SECTION that is monitored by our TEAM OF WORLD CLASS TRAINERS. ONCE YOU SIGN UP, NEW WEEKLY CONTENT IS ADDED EVERY 7 DAYS. Master the moves for each week, gradually adding the new material to your training routine as it's released. "Level 2" moves a bit faster than "Level 1," so practice the drills every day!
Over time, you will BUILD AN INCREDIBLE REPERTOIRE OF PRACTICE DRILLS that will SAFELY, EFFICIENTLY, AND EFFECTIVELY BUILD YOUR MENTAL, PHYSICAL, AND SPIRITUAL FITNESS WHILE ALSO DEVELOPING YOUR ABILITY TO DEFEND YOURSELF using objects that can be easily carried or found as improvised weapons. In addition, the COORDINATION, AWARENESS, AND SKILLS that you'll develop will carry over into our other upcoming training programs such as WARRIOR SPIRIT SELF-DEFENSE, WARRIOR SPIRIT GUNFIGHTING, and WARRIOR SPIRIT HOME DEFENSE. Keep in mind that the order in which you learn our drills is extremely important, so stick with the program and take the time to master each drill one at a time!
